SENIOR EXECUTIVE – CAPABILITY DEVELOPMENT

JOB SUMMARY :

The Senior Executive in Capability Development is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing programs that develop employee skills and organizational competencies. This role works closely with various departments to understand training needs, create customized learning programs, and ensure the continuous growth of employees within the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Collaborate with HR teams and department heads to develop and implement comprehensive talent management strategies aligned with organizational goals, emphasizing succession planning, leadership development, and career advancement.
  • Coordinate and implement talent assessments to identify high-potential employees and develop succession plans for key roles, ensuring continuity and leadership readiness.
  • Coordinate diverse development programs including workshops, courses, certifications, and coaching sessions tailored to individual and organizational needs.
  • Partner with HR teams and department heads to create individualized career development plans for employees aligning individual aspirations with organizational needs.
  • Implement leadership development programs to build a pipeline of capable leaders at all levels of the organization.
  • Monitor and analyse talent metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with others to ensure the effective planning of key deliverables and ensure completion of action items.
  • Develop and maintain relationship with external consultants and training providers in supporting talent management initiatives.
  • Streamline HR processes related to capability development, enhancing productivity and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure cohesive HR strategies, promoting high levels of internal customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent management to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Advanced degrees or certifications in HR management or talent management are preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or talent management
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across departments.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and software.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Commitment to employee development and organizational growth.
  • Knowledge of HR regulations and compliance.
